PARKING VIOLATIONS
If you receive a parking violation from Park Big Cottonwood Canyon (Park BCC), or a parking citation from the Town of Brighton or Unified Police you can pay online or by mail.
IMPORTANT! There are two different online links to pay your violation, depending on the issuer. Please see payment options below.

*Violations are $150 with a discount of $75 if paid within 10 days.
As Big Cottonwood Canyon's parking operator, Park BCC has the authority to issue violations and collect violation fees on behalf of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
OPTION 2: FOR CITATIONS ISSUED BY THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON OR UNIFIED POLICE

DISPUTING A PARKING VIOLATION
If you were issued a parking violation by Park BCC and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.
Disputes will not be handled in person or over the phone.
